Zyminex provides a streaming infrastructure service that gives subscribers access to live television channels and on-demand video content. The Service includes StreamLock™ adaptive buffer management, which automatically optimizes stream quality based on your connection speed. Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing periods.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months). We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Zyminex does not auto-renew subscriptions — your access ends at the end of the billing period and is not charged again unless you actively choose to renew.
We offer a 1-hour free trial for new users with no payment required. The trial is provided on an as-is basis and may have limited channel access. To request a trial, message us on WhatsApp.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription start date, contact us via WhatsApp and we will issue a full refund. No justification required.
You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

You are responsible for keeping your Zyminex credentials confidential. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, update infrastructure, or adjust channel lineups without prior notice. Channel availability may fluctuate depending on third-party broadcast source status. StreamLock™ will automatically adapt to connection changes on your end.
Zyminex provides streaming infrastructure services. We do not produce, own, or host the content delivered through the Service. Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service and access to content complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyminex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any subscription account that violates these Terms without refund. Subscribers may discontinue use at any time by simply not renewing — no formal cancellation is required.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zyminex is operated. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
